Sports
Sports creates a bond between contemporaries that lasts a lifetime. It also gives your life structure, discipline and a genuine, sincere, pure fulfilment that few other areas of endeavor provide. The spirit of sports gives each one of us who participate an opportunity to be creative. It gives us an ability to test ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally.
Football helps us develop team-spirit. Swimming tells us that water is our friend. Yoga puts our feet firmly and resolutely in the practical groud of experience. Karate helps us build character and cultivate modesty. Every sport teaches us something valuable.
At Eastern Heights, sports are given as much importance as Academics with regular periods. In addition to this, the students are split into 4 houses and there are regular competitions between the houses to devleop the students sportsman spirit.

Music & Dance
Music & Dance bring people together. Through music, children take an inner experience and move it into a shared creative experience. Children learn about themselves and others by playing music together and by listening to each other — tapping into hidden courage that can be played out by singing together. In dance, children learn the cooperative effort necessary to produce a high quality work of art. Dancers enter society with the ability to maintain the uncompromising high standards nurtured during their dance training.
Through regular music and dance classes and competitions, Eastern Heights ensures that your child is developing all the skills necessary to succeed in the world.
Art & Craft
'CREATIVITY'—what a wonderful word!
Creativity is one of those words that is bursting with VITALITY. It's full of life, full of passion, and full of spirit. Creativity has positive associations for nearly EVERYONE.
At Eastern Heights, it is compulsary for every student to study Art and Craft. In addition to this, the students regularly participate in intra- and inter-school competitions to show-case their skills.
Library
Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.
The school library functions as a vital instrument in the educational process, not as a seperate entity isolated from the school program, but involved in the teaching and learning process. It is a source of knowledge to the young minds. It develops a habit of reading among the students. With over 2000 high-quality books across various subjects (and regular addition of new titles), our library is at the heart of our institution.

It is a tool that helps in accomplishing something better, neater, and faster with more efficiency. At Eastern Heights, we have a state-of-art computer laboratory to help students develop this important skill.
Field Trips

Filed trips are a unique way to provide a learning experience for every child, no matter what their learning style be. Field trips encourage children to strive for a higher level of achievement by building strong learning skills. They are a good way to expose children to the world and they provide a rich learning experience for every child involved.
